The Solitaire - The Cullinan, The Tiffany, The Blue Heart and The Florentine
4 exclusive suites!!!! Located on ground and first floor they boast of exquisitely made interiors. ‘The Tiffany’ & ‘The Cullinan’ located on Ground Floor having open outdoor Sundance SPA, outdoor toilets & rain shower, personal Jacuzzi, bathtubs, wooden flooring, fire places, Alabaster lighting with dimmers. ‘The Blue Heart’ & ‘The Florentine’ located on First Floor having personal swimming pool with color changing fiber optic lighting(in ‘The Florentine’), LCD TV, DVD player, and off course a fantastic breathtaking view of Krishna Valley encompassing the backwaters of Dhom & Balkavadi dams.

All meals incl. bed tea / coffee, Breakfast, Lunch, evening tea / coffee with snacks & dinner.
Meals consists of varied cuisines like: Ethnic Indian viz. Punjabi, Gujarathi, Maharashtrian, Marwadi,
South Indian along with Italian, Chinese, Continental, Fast Food, Barbeque, Tandoor etc.
Jain food is available. Kindly intimate at Check-in time.

Drivers / chauffeurs:
Sharing accommodation & staff meals - charges Rs.300/- per day. Subject to availability.
General entertainment schedule:
Jungle walk / heritage tour in morning, afternoon movie on big screen, kiddies party, housie,
group games, live entertainment (weekends) in evening followed by star gazing and disco after dinner.
Transfers:
At Check-in & Check-Out. Market pick-up and drop facility twice daily on fixed timings.

Check-in Check-out Details:
Check-in Time: 11.30 A.M. - Check-out Time: 10.00 A.M. Room allotment would be done at resort strictly.
Extensions can be granted subject availability and applicable tariff.
Mandatory:
Swimming costume is compulsory while swimming and is available at Tuck Shop for sale.

270 kms. from Mumbai via Pune Bypass & 240 kms. via Goa Highway - Travel Time - 5 hrs.
Recommended route is via Pune (Expressway & Pune Bypass).
120 kms. from Pune - Approx. Travel Time – 2 1/2 hrs.

Payment Terms:
50% as Advance for confirming the booking. Balance payment at the time of Check-in at Resort.
Cancellation Policy & Charges:
Full retention for cancellations informed within 7 days from check-in date and no show.
One day retention for cancellation informed between 14 to 8 days from check-in date.
10% package amount deducted as transaction charge for cancellation informed 15 days from check-in date.
Preponement / Postponement granted if informed 15 days prior to check-in date (Valid upto 6 months.)
